Freelance of the Damned

My pal, the ever-toony Grant Gould, has decided to jump out of the plane of life without a parchute.  In other words, he's decided to quit his job and become a full-time freelance artist.

I tried this last year.  My parachute failed, my back-up parachute failed and I landed in a field of broken glass and razor blades. Then I stumbled into a pond of lemon juice. True story. But I'm sure Grant will do much better than I. And you can help ensure a soft landing for the crazy kid (or at the very least, provide him with a sturdy helmet for when he hits the ground at 300 miles per hour).  Here's how . . .

Sir Grant the Perplexing will be putting up original artwork on eBay every once in a while in an effort to help him on his insane Quest For The Freelance Grail.  The drawings above are currently up for bid on The Price Is Right (here and here, respectively).  So stop by his blog every once and a while to see what he has on the auction block and maybe walk away with an original Gould to hang on your bathroom wall.  Look at it this way . . . his work will be worth a lot more once he succumbs to starvation.

LOL.. Well, I had to give it a shot, man. If I try and fail, at least I tried, right? (And if you could see my belly, you'd know that a little starvation might do me good.)
