Hey, all! It's time for a contest!
I'm inviting everyone with a deviantART account to create a piece of Oddly Normal artwork. Every piece will be featured here on my website and at my deviantART page (with appropriate links, of course).
AND . . .
The creators of the five pieces I like best will receive a signed copy of the Oddly Normal Vol 1 graphic novel (or the second book, if you prefer) and will have their artwork featured in the gallery section of the third Oddly Normal book, Oddly Normal: Fignation Times, to be published in 2008!

Here are the official contest rules:
-The contest is only open to deviantART members.
-Create all artwork in color at 300 dpi (in case it gets selected for print).
-Post a link to this DA journal entry with your deviantART submission.
-Send me a note or e-mail with a link to the submission so that I know it's out there!
-The artwork can be of any character or situation from the series. It can be one character or many.
-All submissions must be all-ages appropriate. No mature/adult material. I will not feature any artwork that has inappropriate material in it and it will be disqualified from participation in the contest.
The deadline for entering the contest is 11:59pm US Eastern time, October 16th, 2007. No exceptions! The winners will be announced on October 18th here at my website and at my deviantART page.
So fire up your pencils, tablets, paint brushes or 3D modellers and work up some Oddly Normal art! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
