"7-7-Sundays": Commissions Drawn Live!

I am now taking on commissions. In fact, I'm taking them every Sunday at 9PM EST and you can watch me draw them live online . . .

Just stop by my Ustream channel every Sunday night and log in to my chat room.

When I come online and say/type that "the store is open", the first 7 people to say they'd like a commission will get one. They'll also be able to see me draw the commission immediately afterward, right there on the show!

Here's the small print:

-Each commission will be drawn on 7x7 inch bristol board.

-Each commission will feature 1 character, head shots only and they will be colored in a sepia-toned style, much like my "Marvel Masterpieces II" sketch cards.

-Please let me know which character you would like me to draw at the same time that you post that you would like a commission.  If you are requesting a custom character, please send reference images to: otis@otisframpton.com

-I will draw any character or person that you want, but I will not draw anything offensive or overly graphic (my discretion).

-There have been some discrepancies between what I see in my chat window and what others see in theirs when the requests start flying (Ustream chat can't seem to handle many users all hitting "send" at the same time).  When determining the seven winners of the commission bidding, I will be using MY chat window.  If there is a dispute, I will gladly show you my chat window using my webcam to confirm the order of commission requests.

-Immediate payment is required for each commission. Payment should be sent to my PayPal address: otis@otisframpton.com

-Please send me your shipping address, your Ustream name and remind me which character you commissioned in your PayPal payment e-mail.

-Failure to pay on the day of the show will result in the commission being placed on eBay for auction.

-The $7.00 price includes shipping cost (international will cost $2.00 more). The commissions will be shipped in cardboard mailers within 2-3 days of the webcast.

-If you win a commission one week, you will not be allowed to win another one the following week.  This was talked about and decided upon during the first night when the turnout was far greater than I'd anticipated.  In the spirit of fairness, please honor this rule and give other a chance to win a commission the week after you win one.  Thank you.
