The Big Bang Theory Promos

A couple of moths ago I posted some Big Bang Theory artwork that was meant to be used in a series of a local TV spots. Unfortunately, the series of ads got canceled, but not before two of them were completed. I have been given permission to show them off online as part of my own promotion.

"Oddly Normal 2.0" Kickstarter Campaign Update 1

Five days in, 87% funded. I'm absolutely flabbergasted. Thank you all so much.

Thanks go out to Mary, Danielle, Lara, Chris, Ronn, Matthew, James, Manuel, Leandro, Ingrid, Dani, John, Ryan, Cynthia, Jeff, Brian, M.D., Matthew, Martha, Tivi, Paul, Sara, Stephen, Patrick, Karen, Michael, Ryan, Thomas, George, David, Corey, Anne, Adam, Ted, Ian, Tracey, amwhite, Phil, David and Aaron for kicking things off with their generous pledges!

Thanks also go out to the staff of Kickstarter.com . . . a few days ago they made the "Oddly Normal 2.0" campaign a "Staff Pick" and yesterday the project was featured on the main page! I really appreciate the exposure this has given the campaign!

In other "Oddly Normal 2.0" news . . .

I'd like to announce that for the duration of the Kickstarter campaign I will be doing special Tuesday night shows on my Otis Frampton LIVE Ustream artcasts where I will be sketching characters and scenes from the new book as well as answering questions about the project or the pledge drive that anyone may have. So feel free to stop by the chat room at 8PM CST on Tuesdays to discuss "Oddly Normal 2.0".

The closer I get to the $5000.00 goal, the more I'm thinking of expanding the reward options beyond the initial offering. And I think that if I exceed the original goal by a certain amount, I may end up doing a self-published print run of the finished book for backers of a certain amount and above (I have yet to decide upon the pledge level for this reward, it will depend on the final amount raised). but I just wanted to let everyone know that this is what I've been thinking about over the last day or so. 

If you have any questions about the project, please feel free to send me a message and I'll add the Q & A to the campaign's FAQ. You can also leave a comment here on the update page.
