After a month or so of returning to a format of two artcasts a day, one at Noon and one at 8PM, I have decided to return to only doing the 8PM show four times a week.
I do not make this decision based on a lack of interest in doing the Noon show. On the contrary, doing two shows a day is a good thing for productivity. Unfortunately it has everything to do with computer troubles. Yesterday I was confronted with a "kernel panic" and got this message from my Mac:

It may have been from some trouble I was having with downloading a file via Firefox, which kept crashing over and over when I tried to download. But a Facebook commenter told me that it had happened to him and it was due to his computer fan failing. And this made me think of how much harder my Mac's fan seemed to be working while broadcasting with Ustream after upgrading to the Lion OS.
So, in an effort to give my Mac (an essential tool in my work) a break, I'm cutting back on Ustream artcasts.
Thanks for watching and I hope to still see some of you in the chat room during the 8PM CST broadcasts!
